Charisse M. Williams is a certified leadership coach, speaker and author who helps people navigate major life transitions, cultivate joy and manage the stress in their lives. She serves clients through one on one and group coaching, workshops and retreats. Charisse help clients develop the habits, mindsets and relationships they need to achieve their goals and sustain results.

Before becoming a full-time coach, Charisse worked in social justice organizations for 25 years on human rights, education equity, criminal and juvenile justice reform issues. She held several executive leadership roles including Managing Director of New Site Development at iMentor, President of Young Audiences, Woodruff Arts Center and Founding Director of Posse Atlanta.
